What Are You Telling Yourself?
It's no secret that we are all our own worst enemies. I’m sure we have all had those days where we are the ones that are holding ourselves back. It comes into play in so many different ways. Whether it’s about exercise, diet, work, chores, or your own personal growth, a little doubt in your mind can snowball and torpedo your own success. That's why it's so important to have positive self talk.
I've talked about it before, how important it is to stay positive, because if you are not careful eventually your negativity that you think will become your reality if you don't get it out of your head. If you keep telling yourself your not good enough and you can't do it over and over and over and over, then you end up with an engrained belief of it. A belief so deeply rooted that's really hard to break and a belief to breeds insecurities. That's why you have to smash that negative state of mind and work on moving towards a positive state of mind.
