Finding the time to get workouts in when you're a parent, especially a new parent, can be quite challenging. That's why I created these programs. They are all completely body weight so you need absolutely ZERO gym equipment to do these programs. They can all be done in under an hour, put your baby down for a nap and then you can get started or if you want to make it more challenging hold your baby while you're doing it or if your kids are old enough have them join in with you and make it a family activity.
